Work on stages or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects together with Compliance and Engineering. Work under general supervision, reviewed periodically or on completion by Senior Management.\nDUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nIdentify production needs for new and existing products being serviced.\nDevelop metrics and autonomous reporting tools that utilise real-time data.\nProgram, manage and execute various engineering projects.\nContinuous improvement and maintaining processes.\nWork within the Engineering and Compliance Teams to build and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and the man-hour plan.\nMonitor the Organisations Tools/equipment Calibration requirements.\nMaintain the procedure for maintenance data from external sources, verifying that manual revisions are up to date.\nMaintain the capability management procedure, completing initial capability requests, extension of capability reviews and existing capability reviews.\nContribute to the evaluation and processing of warranty claims and associated customer reports.\nAssist with shop floor layout and workshop designs.\nAssist in the generation of production documentation such as assembly or operating instructions.\nReduce variability in component processing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.\nEnsure product and process quality meets the standards required.\nRemove waste from the processes.\nInvestigate production and process issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and resolve problems.\nPlan projects or tasks so they may be tracked and presented.\nManage assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nAttend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.\nUndertake continuous training and development.\nRelationship Management\nLiaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers, and other service providers.
