Задачи, которые предстоит решать:

  • Проводить первичный скрининг и телефонные интервью с кандидатами на вакансии "сотрудник склада";
  • Обрабатывать отклики и вести холодный поиск кандидатов на работных сайтах;
  • Ежедневно выполнять план по количеству звонков;
  • Вести статусы и отчетность в программе Friendwork.

Для нас важно:

  • Опыт работы в массовом подборе или call-центре будет преимуществом;
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК: MS Office, электронные таблицы, CRM-системы;
  • Коммуникабельность и готовность работать с людьми;
  • Высокая скорость работы и ответственность.
