Full Stack Developer (MERN / MEAN)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience across the MERN/MEAN stack to design, build, and maintain web applications and APIs for client-facing and internal automation platforms. The role involves close collaboration with solution architects, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver scalable, production-ready features end to end.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js or Angular on the front end.

•Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js/Express.js.

•Design and manage data models and queries in MongoDB (or a relational database, as applicable).

•Integrate front-end components with backend services and third-party APIs.

•Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code following established coding standards.

•Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.

•Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.

•Collaborate with QA to define test cases and ensure application quality before release.

•Support deployment and CI/CD processes in coordination with DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

•Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

•Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular for front-end development.

•Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

•Working experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL/relational database.

•Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

•Familiarity with Git and standard branching/PR workflows.

Good to have:

•Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth).

•Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for deployment.

•Experience with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, Context API).

•Familiarity with Docker and basic CI/CD pipelines.

•Exposure to unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).

•Awareness of AI/automation tooling (Azure OpenAI, RAG, LangChain) is a plus.

Educational Qualification

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills

•Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

•Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

•Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
