You will work closely with the OD team, regional HRBPs, and the Quality & Capability Development team to drive data-driven HR initiatives and support our AI transformation journey. This role is critical in establishing robust HR analytics capabilities, automating HR processes, and building the foundation for AI-augmented workforce management as we scale from 480 to 750+ employees by end-2026.\nYour Responsibilities\n\nAI and Data Management:\n\nManage AI-power internal platforms & talent dashboards, including features optimization, knowledge base management, prompt optimization and debugging technical problems\nDevelop proof-of-concepts for automating repetitive HR processes using no-code/low-code platforms\nDevelop internal knowledge base, documentation and training materials for AI tool adoption across the HR department\nRefresh & clean market talent database on GCP; optimize data management practice\nSystems Integration & Automation Initiatives:\n\nAssist in optimizing HiBob HRIS configurations and workflows across productivity systems via Webhook, API and/or MCP\nMap current HR processes and identify automation opportunities to reduce administrative burden\nSupport global payroll implementation projects by maintaining data mapping documents\nCollaborate with IT team on HR systems integration projects\nInternship Availability\n\nMinimum commitment of 3 months, but longer commitment would be preferred (i.e. 6 months).\nFull-time commitment is preferred, but those who are able to commit to a minimum of 2 working days are welcome to apply.\nAble to start from October 2026\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n\nJob Experience & Education:\n\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.\nPrevious internship experience in HR, data analytics, or business intelligence is advantageous\nDemonstrated academic or project experience with data analysis and visualization\nDetail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.\nTechnical and Functional Skills:\n\nProficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)\nBasic understanding of HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is a plus) and HR metrics/KPIs\nFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and enthusiasm for exploring AI applications in HR\nSoft Skills:\n\nStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in complex datasets\nExcellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders\nSelf-motivated learner with curiosity about emerging HR technologies and willingness to experiment with new
