В команду "Виртуальные ассистенты" требуется data- аналитик/ аналитик данных:

Обязанности:

  • построение аналитических отчетов по ключевым показателям, проверка гипотез;
  • выстраивание dashboard, поиск точек роста и улучшение клиентского опыта на основе аналитики и обратной связи от клиентов;
  • оценка эффектов от внедряемых фичей;
  • работа с SQL (сбор, очистка и подготовка данных);
  • сегментация клиентской базы, построение математических моделей, исследование зависимостей на большом объеме информации;
  • участие в разработке моделей.

Требования:

  • высшее образование (математика/физика/программирование/финансы);
  • глубокое понимание теории вероятности и математической статистики;
  • умение работать с большим объемом данных, проверять гипотезы с использование математических инструментов;
  • опыт работы с базами данных (PostgreSQL, Greenplum, Hadoop, Python, airflow), навыки работы с массивами данных;
  • знание Excel на высоком уровне, с Python (numpy, scipy, pandas, statsmodels);
  • основных банковских продуктов будет преимуществом.
