Обязанности:

  • предоставление VIP-клиентам консультаций, в рамках продаж по продуктам и вопросам, удовлетворяющим их потребности;
  • предоставление по запросу клиента отчета о состоянии инвестиционного портфеля (динамика, доходность);
  • операционное обслуживание счетов/вкладов, осуществление переводов, открытие счетов;
  • продажа банковских продуктов и услуг для VIP-клиентов;
  • предоставление клиентам сервиса высокого уровня.

Требования:

  • высшее образование/неоконченное высшее образование/среднее специальное;
  • опыт работы в привлечении и обслуживании VIP-клиентов от 1 года;
  • опыт операционного банковского обслуживания;
  • знание линейки банковских продуктов;
  • знание основных нормативных документов.
