Обязанности:

  • обеспечение процесса для гибкого управления каналами реализации продукта;

  • настройка аналитики, метрик для мониторинга процесса реализации продукта;

  • разработка мероприятий, направленных на повышение фокусных показателей;

  • разработка обучающих курсов для каналов реализации;

  • модификация CJM и комплексное сопровождение внедрения доработок/настроек в продакшн;

  • ведение отчётности реализации карт в детальных аналитических разрезах;

  • обработка клиентских запросов и рекламаций;

  • определение и исправление проблематики роста конверсии;

  • запуск мотивационных программ для каналов выдачи банковского продукта;

  • обеспечение получения обратной связи от каналов выдачи продукта.

Требования:

  • высшее образование;

  • опыт работы в банковской сфере от 3-х лет;

  • знание принципов работы банковского продукта и инструментов его реализации;

  • опыт взаимодействия с командами разработки.
