Обязанности:

  • управление развитием премиальных сервисов для клиентов сегмента Premium & Private от формирования стратегии до запуска;
  • анализ бизнес-метрик и ключевых показателей продукта, проведение бизнес-тестов;
  • управление продуктовым наполнением и P&L премиальных пакетов обслуживания;
  • формирование и приоритизация продуктового бэклога, постановка задач команде разработки;
  • взаимодействие с заказчиками, ключевыми стейкхолдерами и смежными подразделениями, синхронизация команд.
Требования:
  • опыт работы Product Owner от 3-х лет в банках или Fintech компаниях по развитию финансовых продуктов для физических лиц;
  • понимание микросервисной архитектуры, принципов работы информационных систем и интеграций;
  • опыт работы по методологиям Agile/Scrum и управления полным жизненным циклом продукта;
  • знание принципов формирования P&L банковских продуктов;
  • навыки работы с SQL, Python и BI-инструментами;
  • умение работать с большими объемами информации, быстро адаптироваться к изменениям и управлять приоритетами с учетом ожиданий ключевых стейкхолдеров.
