Обязанности:

  • Постановка целей и организация работы, вверенной группы;
  • Выполнение бизнес-показателей подразделения (по продажам продуктов Банка);
  • Продажа и реализация банковских продуктов проектов, в том числе привлечение физических лиц на обслуживание;
  • Наставничество (регулярные выезды с сотрудниками, наставнические сессии, обучение).

Требования:

  • Высшее образование;
  • Опыт ведения переговоров, выстраивание долгосрочных отношений с клиентами;
  • Успешный личный опыт продаж банковских продуктов;
  • Опыт работы на руководящей должности в банке будет вашим преимуществом.
