Обязанности:

  • курирование работы отдела, выполнение бизнес-показателей;
  • работа с действующими клиентами Банка (ИП и ООО, малый бизнес);
  • оформление в отделении Банка действующим клиентам и их партнерам банковских продуктов (расчетно-кассовое обслуживание, эквайринг, онлайн касса, бизнес-карты, пакеты услуг банка, зарплатные проекты);
  • обновление сведений и контроль операций клиента по расчетному счету;
  • расширение портфеля клиентов по теплой базе;
  • встречи с клиентами только в офисе банка (без выезда к клиенту);
  • обеспечение качественного сервиса и решение вопросов ИП и юридических лиц при обслуживании в Банке.

Требования:

  • опыт в операционном обслуживании юридических или физических лиц;
  • опыт работы в банке не менее 1 года на руководящей позиции;
  • высшее образование.
