Their role involves highlighting business benefits to prospective customers, defining project scopes, creating technical proposals, and ensuring scalability in solutions. This team serves as both the backbone and driving force of the Sales team, focusing on sales planning and understanding partner needs to deliver effective, tailored solutions.\n*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday. \nJob requirements\n3+ years of experience at Solution Engineer/Pre-sales Engineer/Customer Success or similar roles;\nProven experience managing enterprise-level customer accounts.\nYou have experience in developing working relationships across all levels of management, internally and externally;\nYou can work multi-functionally with colleagues and managers, internally and externally;\nYou can translate complexity into action plans and communications;\nYou possess excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of quickly establishing audience confidence.\nYou translate the customers' needs into business and architectural solutions;\nYou have a tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems;\n You are fluent in English (written & speaking).\nNice to have: \nYou have deep knowledge of technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, React, GraphQL, Node.\nLeveraging AI and automation to optimize core pre-sales processes, streamlining tasks and enhancing overall functional efficiency.\nMain responsibilities\nCollaborate with the Sales team to provide in-depth technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, ensuring customer confidence in VTEX solutions.\nWork with closely with VTEX strategic partners to develop tailored proposals for leads.\nDevelop tailored architectural and business solutions that align with customer needs and VTEX platform capabilities.\nPrepare detailed project scopes, technical proposals, and pricing structures to support the sales strategy.\nAdvise customers on platform integration models and best practices, ensuring seamless technical implementations.\nWork closely with internal teams, including Professional Services, Sales and Development, to refine solutions and maintain a robust understanding of the platform.\nAct as a bridge between prospective clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable development plans.\nIdentify and propose scalable solutions that address customer growth needs while aligning with VTEX capabilities.\nSimplify complex technical challenges into actionable strategies for both customers, partners and internal teams.\nEducate internal stakeholders and customers on VTEX platform features and technical capabilities (Be the owner of the demos). \nMonitor the success of proposed solutions, providing feedback and adjustments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.\nOther important expectations\nYou are a problem solver: you think about solutions not problems. \nYou have a customer-focused approach\nStrong interest for a multicultural environment;\nYou are an Entrepreneur and a responsible professional\nYou are a proactive professional, not afraid to share your thoughts and ideas.\nYou are a Strategic thinker\nYou don't have requirements!
