You will work closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve data intelligence, automation, decision-making, and user experience. The role will involve working with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, machine learning models, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for VTION.ai's products and platforms.\n\n- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications using models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.\n\n- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, semantic search, embeddings, and vector-based solutions.\n\n- Work on NLP and text intelligence use cases such as classification, summarization, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, and content understanding.\n\n- Develop AI-powered features that leverage VTION's consumer and behavioral datasets.\n\n- Build and optimize AI pipelines for large-scale data processing and inference.\n\n- Experiment with different models, prompts, architectures, and approaches to improve accuracy, latency, and cost.\n\n- Fine-tune or adapt models where required for specific business use cases.\n\n- Develop APIs and services to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.\n\n- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to take AI solutions from POC to production.\n\n- Monitor model performance, reliability, latency, and cost in production.\n\n- Implement appropriate evaluation frameworks to measure the quality and accuracy of AI outputs.\n\n- Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, and emerging AI technologies.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 2 - 4 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n- Strong programming skills in Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications.\n\n- Experience with frameworks/libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.\n\n- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.\n\n- Experience working with NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.\n\n- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating AI models into applications.\n\n- Good understanding of databases and data processing.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.\n\n- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment is a plus.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience with AI Agents / Agentic workflows.\n\n- Experience with LLM evaluation and observability.\n\n- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or Qdrant.\n\n- Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, or model optimization.\n\n- Experience working with large-scale consumer, behavioral, or unstructured datasets.\n\n- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.\n\n- Experience building AI features for SaaS or consumer-tech products.\n\nWe are looking for someone who:\n\n- Thinks beyond models and focuses on solving business problems using AI.\n\n- Can move quickly from idea -
