We are venture-backed, growing quickly, and excited to build a great team and technology to improve healthcare.\n#1 Thing\nBuild and maintain intuitive, reliable, and secure frontend experiences that help pharmacy and safety leaders turn complex medication and device data into clear, actionable insights.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the usability, reliability, and impact of Bainbridge Health’s platform. You will:\nDesign, build, and maintain user-facing application features using modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript, VueJS, Vite, HTML, CSS, and related tooling.\nDeliver roadmap work tied to key product initiatives, including data visualization and customization, integration-driven workflows, analytics, and customer-facing platform improvements.\nTranslate complex clinical, operational, and data-heavy analyses into clear, efficient, and user-friendly product experiences.\nCollaborate closely with backend engineering, product, clinical subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to define requirements, clarify edge cases, and ship high-quality features.\nIntegrate frontend experiences with backend services and APIs, including thoughtful handling of loading states, errors, permissions, multi-tenant data boundaries, and performance considerations.\nImprove frontend reliability through testing, peer review, bug resolution, dependency hygiene, documentation, and maintainable component patterns.\nContribute to a product and engineering culture that values quality, security, usability, and practical execution.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nFrontend Engineering: Strong experience building modern web applications with JavaScript, VueJS, HTML, CSS, and component-based development practices.\nProduct & UX Judgment: Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, usable interfaces, especially in data-heavy or operational software environments.\nAPI & Data Integration: Experience working with REST APIs, OpenAPI-driven services, OAuth and SAML authentication, authorization, role-based access, and structured application state.\nEngineering Practices: Experience with version control, CI/CD, peer review, frontend testing, build tooling, and maintainable code patterns.\nQuality & Reliability: Comfort troubleshooting production issues, resolving bugs, improving performance, and maintaining a reliable user experience across browsers and workflows.\nHealthcare & Regulated Environments: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, enterprise SaaS, or another regulated industry is a plus, particularly where privacy, security, and HIPAA-adjacent practices are important.\nCollaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with product, design, backend engineering, clinical users, and customer-facing teams.\nWhy Join Us\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision plans for employees and their families.\nFlexible vacation policy and 9 company holidays.\nTop-tier 401(k) plan, including a company match up to 4%, administered through Vestwell and including leading index funds from Vanguard.\nFlexible, hybrid working environment with access to our Philadelphia co-working space.\nOpportunity to build technology that directly supports medication safety and improves outcomes across healthcare.\nJoin us in transforming medication safety and improving patient outcomes across healthcare.\nCompensation\nOur competitive compensation package is tailored to attract top talent.
