As we grow, we are looking for an experienced software engineer to take ownership of our stack, help modernize our platform, and work closely with our leadership team.\nThe Role:\nWe are looking for a proactive Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments. You will become a day-to-day partner for our founders, Matt and Dave, taking ownership of our current systems, helping us modernize the architecture, and ensuring that our product can scale seamlessly as our user base grows.\nResponsibilities:\nTake ownership of the entire application stack, including API, UI, CI/CD, and hosting.\nMaintain, optimize, and scale the existing MVP built with Nest.JS, Mongoose, MongoDB (Atlas), Redis, Vue, and Tanstack.\nModernize the platform using cost-conscious, scalable solutions such as Vercel, Supabase, or similar technologies.\nCollaborate closely with founders to prioritize development, implement new features, and improve product performance.\nIdentify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed, scalability, and reliability.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and infrastructure management with Terraform.\nLeverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve product features, and gain competitive advantages.\nRequirements:\nStrong experience with Nest.JS and Mongoose / MongoDB.\nSolid front-end experience with Vue and Tanstack.\nFamiliarity with Redis, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and cloud hosting (AWS Beanstalk).\nExperience with modern hosting platforms like Vercel and backend services like Supabase is highly desirable.\nAbility to understand the entire product stack and take full ownership of components.\nProven problem-solving skills and ability to optimize for scalability and performance.\nComfortable working closely with founders in a dynamic, evolving environment.\nExperience working in cost-conscious environments and making technology trade-offs thoughtfully.\nNice-to-Have:\nExposure to AI-driven product enhancements.\nExperience modernizing legacy systems or MVPs for
