From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we’re committed to your success.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, architecture, and development of complex frontend features using Vue.js.\nMake key technical decisions around frontend architecture, component design, state management, and reactive data patterns.\nBuild scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces.\nMentor and train other developers on Vue.js, frontend best practices, and modern reactive development techniques.\nContribute across the full stack when needed, with a primary focus on frontend development.\nDevelop and support cloud-based applications within AWS environments.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of software development experience.\nSignificant recent, hands-on Vue.js development experience in a senior-level role.\nDemonstrated experience leading the design and implementation of complex frontend applications-not simply maintaining or fixing existing code.\nStrong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, and reactive programming concepts.\nExperience making architectural and technical decisions for frontend applications.\nAbility to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.\nExperience working with AWS-hosted applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Pinia for state management.\nExperience with frontend performance optimization, testing, and modern build tools.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nOther requirements:\nAbility to obtain security clearance (if required)\nAuthorization work in the United States\nFully Bilingual (Spanish and English)\nWork Modality: Hybrid\nLocation: San Juan, Puerto Rico\nBenefits and Perks\nWe believe in supporting our employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
