You'll work on full-stack development, data pipelines, and AI-driven features that turn complex marketing operations into reliable, scalable software.\nThis role suits someone who moves fast, figures things out with minimal hand-holding, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment rather than one with heavy process.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build full-stack features for large-scale ad management and analytics platforms\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines and cloud infrastructure supporting high-volume, multi-channel advertising data\nBuild integrations with ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, etc.)\nApply AI techniques (forecasting, recommendation, NLP) to improve performance insights and budget allocation\nCollaborate directly with marketing strategists, data teams, and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions\nUse AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) as part of the daily workflow to move faster and raise code quality\nRequired Skills & Experience\n7+ years of professional software engineering experience (senior level - able to own projects end to end with minimal supervision)\nStrong Python skills; comfortable across the full stack (backend + frontend, e.g. Vue.js)\nSolid SQL and experience with big data pipelines\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)\nExperience building or integrating with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a strong plus\nFamiliarity with ML/NLP concepts and applying them in production systems\nComfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) to boost productivity\nExcellent communication skills; able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders\nWho You Are\nA self-starter who doesn't need detailed specs to get moving - you figure out what needs to be built and go build it\nFast and productive; you'd rather ship and iterate than over-plan\nEnergized by a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, not slowed down by it\nComfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership beyond your immediate ticket\nWhat happens next?\nWe know searching for a job is tough and that you want to find the best career and employer for you.
