Working with the PMO, engineering leads, and cross-functional teams, you will support the planning and execution of multidisciplinary projects focused on system and hardware development for advanced microLEDapplications.\nYou will coordinate day-to-day project activities, maintainschedules and documentation, track deliverables, and follow up on commitments. You will take ownership of assigned projects or workstreams within an established scope, with guidance from senior project management and technical leads.\nThis role is suited to someone with a technical background, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to keeping work moving, identifyingissues early, and supporting reliable project delivery.\nYOURDay-to-Day Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintainproject schedules, milestone plans, and action trackers in collaboration with engineering leads and the PMO.\nCoordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other teams to support development, testing, and delivery milestones.\nTrack deliverables, dependencies, and action items; follow up with task owners and escalate delays or unresolved issues promptly.\nOrganize project meetings, document decisions, and maintainclear accountability for actions and next steps.\nMaintain project documentation, including requirements, riskand issue registers, change logs, and status reports, using established PMO processes and templates.\nPrepare project updates, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, risks, and decisions requiring management support.\nCoordinate test readiness and execution logisticswith engineering and quality teams, including sample availability, scheduling, and tracking of reliability, environmental, and functional validation activities.\nSupport scope-change assessments by gathering information on schedule, cost, and resource impacts, and updating project plans following approval.\nSupport phase-gate reviews, project handovers, and closeout activities by gathering required documentation and capturing lessons learned.\nContribute practical improvements to project tracking, reporting, and documentation based on day-to-day experience.\nQualifications and Skills you need for your role:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or a relatedtechnical field.\n3 to5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within engineering, electronics, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or a related technical environment.\nExperience supporting hardware or product development projects, including planning, execution tracking, testing, and delivery.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.\nWorking knowledge of project schedules, dependencies, risk and issue tracking, change control, and basic budget monitoring.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and support customer and vendor interactions.\nProficiencywith project management and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, or comparable platforms.\nPreviousexperience in the automotive industry, particularly in product development, engineering, or manufacturingis an asset.\nWHY VueReal:\nA fun,
