We are interested in candidates with hands-on experience or aptitude who can learn new processes and adapt as our operations grow.\nCareer Fair Process\nThe career fair will take place December 5, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Candidates who preapply will be scheduled for a specific time and receive first preference for scheduling and interviews. If you are not scheduled, you are still welcome to walk in on the career fair date. Walk-ins are welcome and must bring a printed resume. The interview process will take approximately 45 minutes. All candidates must bring a form of ID to check in.\nPlease save and submit your resume using the preferred filename format First_Last_Title, for example Jane_Doe_Operator.pdf. The naming format is preferred, not required.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare work areas and equipment; follow approved operating and safety procedures.\nOperate and monitor assigned equipment, report abnormal conditions, and escalate concerns.\nHandle materials and collect samples as trained; record production and process information.\nMaintain orderly work areas and support equipment readiness and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities are representative and may change with business needs and the specific role.\nQualifications\nHands-on aptitude and the ability to follow written instructions and learn equipment operation.\nAttention to safety, reliable attendance, teamwork, and clear communication.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent for opportunities where required.\nMust be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.\nPreferred\nManufacturing, machining, metals processing, or other industrial experience.\nExperience with furnaces, material handling equipment, mechanical tasks, or training others.\nPhysical and Environmental Requirements\nDepending on the role, work may involve production areas, standing or walking, noise, heat, and required PPE.
