With our lithium production facility, we make a decisive contribution to the decarbonization of European industry and to securing a sustainable lithium supply in Europe.\nJoin our dedicated team and help turn our vision of a climate-neutral future into reality.\nFor our dynamic and ambitious team in Karlsruhe, we are looking for you to join us full-time (40 hours per week) as a Procurement Specialist Projects (m/f/d).\nYour mission\nYou convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met-including delivery tracking and handling of complaints.\nYou review offers, request quotations, and actively negotiate with suppliers to continuously optimize terms, pricing, and sourcing strategies.\nYou build and maintain sustainable supplier relationships, including conducting annual supplier reviews to ensure high delivery performance.\nYou are responsible for supplier and commodity group management, as well as researching, evaluating, and selecting potential new suppliers.\nYou identify risks and issues at an early stage and work closely with suppliers and internal project teams on sustainable solutions, escalating in a timely manner when necessary.\nYou support contract and price negotiations and take responsibility for process-related topics, as well as contributing to cross-functional projects.\nYour profile\nYou have completed a commercial or technical education or possess a comparable relevant professional background.\nYou bring initial practical experience in procurement or expediting, ideally in an engineering-related industry such as plant engineering or construction.\nYou are confident working with SAP and routinely use systems to manage procurement-related processes.\nYou communicate fluently and confidently in both German and English-both written and spoken.\nYou have a strong affinity for numbers and use them to evaluate offers and commercial terms.\nYou are a strong communicator with the ability to handle conflict effectively and assert the company’s interests confidently in negotiations with suppliers.\nWe offer\n30 days of annual leave (based on a 5-day workweek), plus time off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.\nCompany pension scheme.\nSports and leisure activities, including EGYM Wellpass with an employee contribution of €15.00 (incl.
