In this role, you will manage and drive the resolution of customer complaints while interfacing directly with customers to implement their requirements onto the plant floor. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage customer complaints from intake through closure, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.\nInterface directly with customers to understand and implement their quality requirements on the plant floor.\nHelp develop and maintain processes for tracking and analyzing customer feedback and quality issues.\nConduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and complete Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) as required by customers.\nCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer service teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.\nDevelop and maintain quality documentation, including reports and process maps.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and quality metrics.\nSupport training on quality standards and processes for team members.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree or 3-5+ years equivalent experience in a medical device or aerospace environment \n3+ years of experience in a quality job role \n2+ years of experience in a customer complaint analysis or investigative role \n1+ years of experience gathering data and performing a Root Cause Corrective Action \nExperience in an aerospace, medical device, or manufacturing environment \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a Supplier Quality organization \nExperience interfacing and presenting to senior and executive leadership \nExperience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications \nExperience working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment \nExperience with regulatory requirements \nExperience reviewing contracts, managing suppliers, and/or experience working with inventory \nPreferred auditing accreditation to ASD9100 or ISO13485. \nVulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
