We foster an inclusive culture where people take ownership, solve meaningful problems, and continuously learn, because we believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.\nVulcanForms Inc. seeks an ETQ QMS System Administrator for our Devens, MA location (hybrid).\nAbout the role\nAs the ETQ QMS System Administrator, you’ll own the administration, configuration, and day-to-day support of our ETQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS). You’ll be the go-to resource for end users across the business, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, configuring workflows to match evolving quality and business needs, and keeping the platform stable, reliable, and aligned with how our teams actually work.\nWorking closely with Quality, IT, and business stakeholders, you’ll gather and analyze requirements, translate them into system configurations, and rigorously prepare, execute, and validate tests before changes reach production, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm every release meets business needs. You’ll support continuous improvement initiatives that help the platform scale alongside VulcanForms’ growth.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the trusted expert for a critical enterprise system and wants to help build a best-in-class quality platform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary functional analyst and administrator for the ETQ Reliance QMS platform, providing application support and guidance to end users across the business.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to ETQ Reliance QMS, identifying root causes and implementing lasting solutions.\nAdminister and configure the ETQ Reliance platform to keep it stable, secure, and aligned with business needs.\nDesign and configure workflows that translate business processes into effective system solutions.\nElicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.\nDevelop test plans and scripts, then prepare, execute, and validate testing to confirm changes meet business and quality requirements.\nCoordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gathering stakeholder feedback and driving issues to resolution.\nEvaluate platform usage and performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend enhancements.\nMonitor application stability and data integrity, ensuring ongoing alignment with evolving business requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.\nProven experience administering ETQ Reliance, or a comparable enterprise QMS, including platform configuration and workflow design, ideally within a manufacturing or regulated industry.\nPrior experience with QMS system implementation, such as leading or supporting a platform rollout from design through go-live.\nExperience in functional and/or corporate application support, including troubleshooting and resolving end-user incidents.\nExperience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configurations.\nExperience preparing, executing, and validating tests, including coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nFamiliarity with quality processes and standards such as CAPA, document control, audits, change management, ISO 9001, and AS9100.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance are available to you starting on your first day of employment.\nGenerous time off package, including vacation PTO, sick PTO, and 14 company-paid holidays.\n401(k) with company match and stock options.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nVulcanForms Inc. is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing employees with diverse, multi-cultural perspectives.
