We foster an inclusive culture where people take ownership, solve meaningful problems, and continuously learn, because we believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.\nVulcan Forms Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Business Analyst for our Devens & Newburyport, MA locations.\nAbout the role\nAs the Senior Operations Business Analyst, you’ll serve as the functional owner of our Epicor ERP environment, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and shop floor teams to configure, test, and deploy the Epicor modules that support production management, inventory control, supply chain, and shop floor workflows. You’ll translate day-to-day operational needs into effective ERP configurations, automated workflows, and reporting tools that give the business accurate, reliable data to work from.\nWorking closely with Operations, IT, and shop floor leadership, you’ll provide day-to-day functional support, perform root-cause analysis on system issues, and handle user requests, while building and maintaining Business Activity Queries (BAQs), dashboards, and custom reports. You’ll also lead user training, create standard operating procedures, and support new software upgrades and implementations as our Epicor environment evolves.\nThis is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to be the trusted Epicor expert connecting operations to the systems that run our factory floor, in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Configuration: Configure, test, and deploy Epicor modules for production management, inventory control, supply chain, and shop floor workflows.\nProcess Optimization: Analyze current operational procedures and translate business needs into effective ERP configurations and automated workflows.\nTroubleshooting & Support: Provide day-to-day functional support, perform root-cause analysis for system issues, and handle user requests.\nData & Reporting: Build and maintain Business Activity Queries (BAQs), dashboards, and custom reports.\nTraining & Onboarding: Deliver user training, create standard operating procedures, and assist with new software upgrades and implementations.\nQualifications\nExperience: 5 to 8+ years of hands-on functional experience with Epicor ERP Kinetic, SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.\nDomain Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), with functional knowledge of materials management and production planning.\nTechnical Skills: Familiarity with Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPM) tools, and basic SQL.\nSoft Skills: Strong client-facing communication, requirement-gathering abilities, and project management skills.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance are available to you starting on your first day of employment.\nGenerous time off package, including vacation PTO, sick PTO, and 14 company-paid holidays.\n401(k) with company match and stock options.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nVulcanForms Inc. is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing employees with diverse, multi-cultural perspectives.
