We foster an inclusive culture where people take ownership, solve meaningful problems, and continuously learn, because we believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.\nJob Purpose\nAs a Staff Program Manager, NPI, at VulcanForms Inc., your main objective is to manage one or more customers’ portfolio of programs from program award through launch and sustaining. You will partner with VulcanForms internal teams to execute each program and act as the primary working level interface to our customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage large-scale, complex new product introduction (NPI) programs and/or multiple NPI projects involving internal and external stakeholders\nPartner with the assigned NPI Lead to support program execution and NPI efforts, ensuring deliverables align with internal and external customer requirements\nIdentify and assess areas of risk, escalate issues in a timely manner, and drive solution development\nProvide regular project updates (written and verbal) to internal and external stakeholders\nDefine and communicate the program critical path to support cross-functional alignment and focus\nSupport development and tracking of program budgets, including resource planning\nCollaborate with other project managers contributing to the same program\nCreate and maintain program scope, schedule, budget, and risk tracking tools; support meeting cadence to maintain team alignment and address issues\nPlan and facilitate customer meetings, visits, and workshops as needed\nSupport resolution of program risks and issues\nQualifications\n7+ years of experience managing complex new product development/introduction projects or programs\nStrong familiarity with manufacturing process qualification procedures such as PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ, capability studies, and measurement systems analysis\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including process development, manufacturing, quality, and operations\nProven experience managing external/customer relationships\nSelf-motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities\nProficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to a range of audiences\nInterest in the metal additive manufacturing industry and working in a fast-paced environment; startup experience is a plus\nWillingness to travel occasionally to customers and suppliers, including internationally\nVulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
