We foster an inclusive culture where people take ownership, solve meaningful problems, and continuously learn, because we believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.\nJob Purpose\nWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations across Shipping, Receiving, and Kitting. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining strong inventory control and supporting production and customer delivery requirements.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong warehouse management experience, excellent organizational skills, and demonstrated ERP experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel while establishing clear performance expectations\nCoordinate inbound and outbound material flow to support production schedules and customer requirements\nEnsure accurate receiving, inspection, labeling, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods\nOversee kitting operations to ensure materials are accurately picked, organized, and delivered to production on schedule\nMaintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counting and physical inventory activities\nUtilize the company ERP system to process transactions, track inventory, manage orders, and maintain accurate material records\nDevelop and enforce standard operating procedures, work instructions, and warehouse best practices\nMonitor warehouse performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements\nEnsure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and proper material-handling procedures\nCoordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve material and scheduling issues\nMaintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment\nQualifications\n3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or materials management experience, including supervisory or management responsibility\nERP system experience required; experience with inventory transactions and warehouse/material management modules strongly preferred\nStrong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse processes\nProven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment\nAbility to safely operate or oversee the operation of material-handling equipment as required\nPreferred Qualifications\nEpicor ERP experience strongly preferred\nExperience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives\nFamiliarity with barcode scanning, warehouse management systems, and inventory control processes\nForklift certification or experience overseeing forklift operations\nVulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
