This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own critical infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and reliability practices end-to-end - from design through production.\nYou’ll play a key role in shaping our infrastructure architecture, driving DevOps and SRE best practices, and ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and highly available. While you’ll help resolve production issues, your focus will be on building durable, automated solutions that prevent them. This is a 100% remote role but we're primarily looking for candidates in the United States (MA / Austin TX / MD).\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and build scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines\nOwn infrastructure end-to-end, including architecture, provisioning, deployment, and operation\nLead technical design discussions and contribute to infrastructure and platform architecture decisions\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automation to support engineering velocity\nDebug complex production issues and implement long-term, scalable solutions\nImprove system performance, reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency across the platform\nDefine and drive SRE practices, including SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and postmortems\nPartner closely with Product and other Engineering teams to deliver impactful features\nOwn and participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and operational readiness\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years of experience building and scaling cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE systems\nStrong programming or scripting skills in one or more languages (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)\nExperience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence\nDeep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)\nExperience designing and operating distributed systems and microservices architectures\nStrong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines and driving deployment automation\nProven ability to debug and optimize production systems, including on-call ownership\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to lead projects independently\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with CVE, NVD, KEV, or exploit intelligence datasets\nExperience with observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)\nBackground in high-growth or startup environments\nWhat We Offer\nWe believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and valued.
