The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, procurement knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and value across the supply chain.\nWhat to expect:\nData Analysis & Reporting\nAnalyze procurement data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for savings.\n\nPrepare regular reports on purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and spend analysis.\n\nMaintain and optimize procurement dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations.\n\nCost Optimization\nIdentify cost-reduction opportunities through spend analysis and supplier consolidation.\n\nSupport negotiations with vendors by providing pricing benchmarks and historical data.\n\nTrack and report realized savings from procurement initiatives.\n\nVendor & Supplier Management\nEvaluate vendor performance using quality, delivery, and cost metrics.\n\nSupport supplier onboarding, audits, and performance reviews.\n\nMaintain and update the preferred supplier list and contract database.\n\nProcess Improvement & Compliance\nSupport procurement process improvements and standardization across the organization.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, purchasing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.\n\nAssist in enforcing contract terms and managing renewal timelines.\n\nDocumentation & Systems\nMaintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and pricing agreements.\n\nWork with ERP or procurement systems to extract data, automate reports, and streamline workflows.\n\nOur new team member will need:\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.\n\n2-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, or sourcing.\n\nSoft Skills:\nAttention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CSCP).\n\nExperience in supplier negotiations or contract management.\n\nExperience working with data centers and/or cloud service providers.\n\nInclusion & Privacy\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
