You will own end-to-end procurement cycles, negotiate complex agreements, and build scalable processes that support aggressive infrastructure deployment timelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead strategic sourcing initiatives for key categories including compute hardware (GPUs, CPUs), networking, cooling, and data center services\n\nNegotiate and execute vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and hardware purchase contracts to achieve optimal pricing and terms\n\nBuild and manage a portfolio of preferred suppliers, maintaining robust qualification and performance management frameworks\n\nCollaborate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure contracts align with technical requirements, financial targets, and risk policies\n\nDrive cost reduction initiatives and track savings against procurement budgets on a quarterly and annual basis\n\nOwn the purchase order lifecycle from requisition through payment, ensuring SLA compliance and issue resolution\n\nDevelop procurement policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to improve consistency and compliance\n\nManage and mentor Procurement Analysts, providing coaching and career development support\n\nMonitor market trends in semiconductor supply chains, hardware pricing, and logistics to inform sourcing strategy\n\nPartner with the Data Center team on infrastructure buildout procurement requirements and vendor selection\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred\n\n5-8 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years managing direct spend categories in a technology or infrastructure environment\n\nDemonstrated track record of successfully negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar vendor contracts\n\nExperience with sourcing GPU/AI accelerator hardware, servers, or data center infrastructure strongly preferred\n\nProficiency with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar) and ERP platforms\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams\n\nHigh proficiency in data analysis and spend analytics tools\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience at a cloud hyperscaler, data center operator, or AI infrastructure company\n\nFamiliarity with NVIDIA, AMD, or custom ASIC hardware procurement\n\nCPSM, CPP, or CSCP certification\n\nExperience building procurement functions from early-stage through scale\n\nCompensation\n$110,000 - $120,000\nFinal compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.\nInclusion & Privacy\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
