You'll move comfortably between whiteboard discussions, architectural design, experimentation, and production code.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nWe're less interested in checking every technology box than finding someone who has built intelligent discovery systems at scale.\nIdeal candidates have experience building one or more of the following:\nRecommendation systems\nSearch relevance and ranking\nSemantic search\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nVector search and embeddings\nKnowledge retrieval systems\nPersonalized content discovery\nAI-powered user experiences\nYou may have worked on products involving:\nContent recommendations\nMarketplace ranking\nSearch infrastructure\nFeed ranking\nPersonalized discovery\nKnowledge graphs\nEnterprise search\nAI assistants\nTechnical Experience:\nWe're excited by candidates who have experience with many of the following:\nProduction experience building LLM-powered applications\nRetrieval pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases\nModern AI frameworks and orchestration tools\nDistributed systems operating at meaningful scale\nCloud-native architectures\nPython and modern backend development\nExperimentation, evaluation, and iterative model improvement\nYou don't need experience with every technology we use today.
