& Responsibilities:\n\nProject Planning & Coordination:\n\n- Work closely with Product Managers to understand feature requirements, business priorities, and release plans.\n\n- Collaborate with Engineering Managers to understand resource availability and plan feature execution.\n\n- Break down product features into executable work items and coordinate effort estimation.\n\n- Identify project dependencies and ensure appropriate sequencing of work across teams.\n\nAgile Project Execution:\n\n- Create and maintain Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Sub-tasks in Jira.\n\n- Ensure Jira is updated with accurate ownership, estimates, priorities, dependencies, and sprint assignments.\n\n- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as required.\n\n- Monitor sprint progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with project milestones.\n\nDelivery Tracking & Risk Management:\n\n- Track day-to-day project execution across multiple engineering teams.\n\n- Identify risks, blockers, and execution challenges early and proactively drive their resolution.\n\n- Escalate critical issues with clear impact analysis and recommended mitigation plans.\n\n- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Platform, and DevOps teams to remove execution bottlenecks.\n\n- Monitor release readiness and ensure all milestones are achieved before product releases.\n\nReporting & Stakeholder Communication:\n\n- Prepare and publish project dashboards and status reports for Engineering Leadership.\n\n- Provide regular visibility into project health, schedule adherence, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.\n\n- Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure.\n\n- Facilitate effective communication across Product, Engineering, QA, and Leadership teams.\n\nProcess Excellence:\n\n- Ensure engineering teams consistently follow Agile development processes.\n\n- Track delivery metrics such as sprint predictability, backlog health, feature completion, and release progress.\n\n- Identify recurring execution bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to improve engineering efficiency.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n\nMandatory Skills:\n\n- 4 to 6 years of experience in Project Management or Engineering Project Management.\n\n- Experience managing Agile software development projects.\n\n- Experience working with cross-functional product engineering teams.\n\nTechnical & Functional Skills:\n\n- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n\n- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, dashboards, filters, workflows, and reporting.\n\n- Ability to create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage project schedules.\n\n- Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, databases, backend/frontend architecture, and cloud technologies.\n\n- Programming awareness sufficient to understand technical discussions and engineering dependencies.\n\n- Experience in release planning and execution tracking.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nGood To Have:\n\n- Experience working in SaaS or Enterprise Product companies.\n\n- Familiarity with observability, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, or microservices.\n\n- Experience using Confluence for project documentation.\n\n- Basic understanding of SQL and REST APIs.\n\n- Scrum Master or Agile certification.\n\nProfessional Attributes:\n\n-
