In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating candidate communication, interviews, travel, and key pre-boarding activities to help create a seamless experience from interview through hire.\nYou’ll play an important role in creating a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams while helping the TA team operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience at every stage of the hiring process.\nWhat you'll get to do:\nDeliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process. \nCoordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics. \nFacilitate on-site candidate interviews and ensure a welcoming, seamless experience when applicable. \nPartner with recruiters and hiring teams to support scheduling changes and evolving interview needs. \nPost job openings across platforms including our Career Page, LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and other recruiting channels. \nSupport recruiting operations and administrative activities, including creating onboarding tickets and closing requisitions. \nAssist with pre-boarding coordination to help create a smooth transition for new hires. \nSupport the Talent Acquisition team with additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed. \n Who you are:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred. \n1+ years of administrative, coordination, or related experience in a corporate environment preferred. \nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. \nA strong communicator who enjoys working with and supporting people. \nComfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. \nProactive, resourceful, and able to adapt when priorities or schedules change. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking or recruiting systems is a plus. \nPrevious experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting processes is a plus. \n Our investment in you:\nAt Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees:\nHealth Insurance \nSavings and Retirement Plan \nEmployee Assistance Program \nGenerous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks \nPaid Time Off \nWellness & Fitness benefits \nThe hourly range for this role is $25/hr - $30/hr.\nVuori is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
