Also, encouraging the team on how to maintain Vuori’s standards in retail sales and customer experiences.\nWhat you'll get to do:\nCreate an unforgettable customer experience\nWorks with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.\nTakes ownership of the sales floor and sales team to ensure customer experience is the first priority.\nPrepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.\nForge lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, new product and replenishment and invite them to upcoming events.\nBe knowledgeable on what’s new and what’s selling well and shares with both the customer and team.\nBe the business\nMotivates sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.\nSeek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer.\nLeads the team in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.\nCommunicate inventory needs to support the business goal.\nLeadership/Ownership\nLeads the processing of all shipments of product, as well as inventory management.\nWorks with Regional Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management to ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully.\nLeads the team in daily maintenance of store including restocking product, maintaining visual merchandising, re-ticketing and cleaning.\nUtilizes the utmost responsibility, attention to protocol and safety standards in closing/opening the store daily.\nUnder the guidance of the Regional Manager, encourages employees to give 100%, adhere to punctuality and role responsibilities at all times.\n Who you are:\nAvailable morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.\nMust be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.\nAbility to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.\nA customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to quickly learn new procedures and processes.\nStrong organizational skills and follow through skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nHigh level of ownership, accountability and initiative.\nEager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.\nWillingness Requirements:\nWillingness to lift and move products and equipment and boxes weighing up to 30 lbs\nWillingness to stay active and move throughout the store during each shift\nWillingness to reach, bend, and use a step stool or ladder when needed\nWillingness to work in an environment with bright lights and music\nWillingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment\n Our investment in you:\nAt Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees:\nHealth Insurance \nSavings and Retirement Plan \nEmployee Assistance Program \nGenerous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks \nPaid Time Off \nWellness & Fitness benefits \nBase pay ranges from $85,500 to $106,260 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary based on location, skills, experience and qualifications.
