You take initiative, have strong assessment skills, communicate with your team on all inventory happenings, and are agile at adapting to the ebbs and flows of the day-to-day business. You work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in providing a great experience for both the team and customers as well as the needs of the business. The Retail Store Inventory Lead is the leader of the inventory program in their store and will manage all inventory related tasks.\nWhat you'll get to do:\nCreate a dynamic experience for the back of house\nForge lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.\nWork with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.\nEnsure the back room is tidy, and easy to navigate.\nEnsure destock and restock is handled on a daily basis.\nEnsure the back of the house is kept organized.\nBe the Business/Operations\nAttend monthly inventory meetings.\nManage weekly cycle counts. \nManage store to store transfers. \nManage weekly manual restocks to ensure the floor is fully stocked.\nEnsure all shipments are being received and processed in a timely manner, and follow up with store managers if needed.\nIdentify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.\n Who you are:\nMust be available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.\nMust adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.\nAbility to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.\nAbility to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to quickly learn new procedures and processes. \nStrong organizational and follow-through skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nHigh level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.\nEager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.\n Our investment in you:\nAt Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees:\nHealth Insurance \nSavings and Retirement Plan \nEmployee Assistance Program \nGenerous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks \nPaid Time Off \nWellness & Fitness benefits \nThe hourly range for this role is:\nBase Pay Range: $23-26/hr\nTeam Commission: $3-$5/hr\nTotal Target Pay Range: $26-31/hr\nVuori is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
