We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success.\n As a Senior Graphic Designer on Vuori’s Print Team, you will play a key role in shaping how the consumer experiences the Vuori brand within the print medium, including but not limited to the in-store and wholesale customer experience, events, and in-mail catalogs. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you’ll be responsible for designing and producing retail signage, window graphics, POP displays, packaging, and collateral that bring our brand to life across physical environments. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure creative execution meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.\nWhat you'll get to do:\nSupport the Art Director in the development and execution of all store creative assets, including in-store imagery, signage, window displays, tradeshow and wholesale environments, and NSO barricades. \nDesign original concepts and translate them into mechanical files, die-lines, and production-ready artwork across a range of retail formats. \nPrepare, manipulate, and batch export large-format print files and CAD files for use across all Vuori store locations. \nDesign and develop product marketing story-telling through the printed catalogs and lookbooks. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with the Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Retail Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand expression and high-quality execution across all physical touchpoints. \nAssist in the development of brand visualization toolkits, product packaging, hangtags, and in-store collateral. \nReview vendor documents and drawings (fixtures, furniture, signage, etc.) and partner with external vendors and creatives to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. \nContribute to spatial planning and store layouts with a focus on customer flow and localized in-store experiences. \nSupport on-site retail buildouts by executing the design vision and assisting with fixture and graphic installation. \nMaintain and organize design libraries, templates, and assets for team use. \nProvide creative input and trend research to evolve in-store storytelling and enhance customer engagement. \nGuide and support junior designers when appropriate, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture. \nPresent work clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness. \n Who you are:\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience preferred \n5+ years of professional design experience within an agency, in-house team, or lifestyle/fashion brand environment \nStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in retail design, layout, typography, packaging, and large-format applications \nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Figma \nDeep understanding of print production processes, including large-format printing, file setup, and fabrication techniques \nAbility to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, with experience creating documents for vendors and fabricators \nFamiliarity with retail fixture systems, in-store construction, materials, and visual merchandising standards \nExcellent time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment \nStrong verbal, written, and visual communication skills; confident presenting and defending creative work \nCollaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a drive to elevate creative output and push concepts forward \nAbility to visualize and communicate ideas quickly through sketching or rapid concept development \n Our investment in you:\nAt Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees:\nHealth Insurance \nSavings and Retirement Plan \nEmployee Assistance Program \nGenerous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks \nPaid Time Off \nWellness & Fitness benefits \nThe salary range for this role is $86,000 per year - $98,000 per year.
