performance and user experience improvements for team services\n\nAddressing issues, implementing preventive measures and managing postmortems and related improvement tasks\n\nAnalysing performance, identifying anomalies and defining, documenting and implementing corrective measures\n\nEnsuring compliance with the SLA\n\nRequirements:\nsoftware engineer with a strong background in DevOps and platform engineering\n\nA minimum of 3 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer or within the SRE domain\n\nProven experience in ownership roles, including defining strategies, deploying, monitoring, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes\n\nStrong sense of ownership with a proactive, can-do attitude\n\nHands-on experience with server-side technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS or OpenShift\n\nExpertise in managing observability and monitoring tools, such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, tracing tools and OpenTelemetry\n\nUpper-Intermediate English
