The V.I.E program allows young professionals to work abroad for 6 to 24 months, with a monthly allowance exempt from income tax in France.\nReporting to the Solution Engineering team, the VIE - Solution Engineer supports customers across Nordics countries throughout the implementation of Vusion solutions.\nWorking closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams, you will understand customer business needs, design appropriate technical solutions, configure the platform, coordinate implementations, and ensure successful deployments.\nThis role requires a solid technical background and a good understanding of software applications, understanding code when needed, system integrations, networking and IT infrastructure.\nCoordinate the different stages of the process and ensure that delivery deadlines are met and product quality is respected.\nPresent Vusion solutions to leading retailers (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations ex. Coop)\nConfigure Vusion solutions to meet customer requirements.\nPartner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements.\nGather, lead and federate project teams in order to prepare a key account deployment or an independent customer's project\nUnderstand the needs of customers / partners, write technical and functional documentation according to the customers / partners\nEnsure that the developments carried out comply with specifications and meet the needs of the customers / partners Customers/Partners by actively participating in and contributing to the acceptance phases of software and systems\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.\nEnsure availability and allocation of resources - develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to share with clients and other staff\nReport and escalate to management as needed\nTechnical Environment: Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, networking, IT infrastructure, SaaS platforms, Azure Microsoft, IoT and connected devices, retail technology solutions.\n Mandatory\nDegree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.\nProfessional proficiency in English (C1/C2) is required\nFluency in Swedish is highly valued\n2-4 years of experience as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in project management / IT (network, infrastructure, etc.)\nPreferred\nExperience in a customer-facing technical role\nWorking knowledge of Python and JavaScript (reading and understanding code, modifying configuration or scripts when required).\nInterest in Retail, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Vision, IoT industries\nAbility to use technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-growing international company\nOrganized, autonome, and with excellent interpersonal skills - ready to take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic, ambitious environment\nIdeal candidate: 1-3 years of professional experience after graduation as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant, with experience managing technical implementation projects.
