We believe that by thinking big and working together as one team-agile thinkers, tech makers, and change agents-we can build the largest retail IoT platform in the world.\n Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain C/C++ applications and services for embedded Linux gateways. \nImplement cloud-to-device communication and gateway application logic. \nIntegrate Bluetooth controller interfaces and third-party access point platforms. \nAnalyze runtime, performance and communication issues. \nVerify BLE host-controller and end-device communication. \nDevelop automated tests for application and system integration. \nImprove software quality, security, reliability and maintainability. \nSupport cross-platform builds, releases and partner integration. \nEvaluate product maturity through alpha, beta and system-level testing. \nTroubleshoot laboratory findings and customer-reported application or communication issues. \nSupport test automation, regression coverage and verification environment stability. \nDocument interfaces, technical decisions, known limitations and troubleshooting findings. \nIdentify technical risks, propose countermeasures and communicate status and dependencies. \nSupport BLE/RF coexistence and performance analysis with domain experts when required. \n Education\nDegree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent experience. \nExperience\nAt least 3 years of relevant C/C++ application development in embedded, IoT or comparable product-oriented R&D. \nGateway, BLE and access point experience is beneficial; deep BLE specialization is not required from day one. \nStrong hands-on experience in C/C++ application development.\nExperience with embedded Linux and debugging on target hardware. \nExperience with cross-compilation, SDKs, version control and testing. \nPython, BLE analysis tools and Bluetooth Core Specification knowledge are advantages. \nFluent English.\nSkills/Abilities\nKnowledge of Linux processes, threads, IPC and networking. \nUnderstanding of IoT gateway architectures and end-to-end communication. \nPractical BLE knowledge and willingness to deepen gateway and controller expertise. \nStrong technical understanding and analytical problem-solving skills. \nOwnership mindset with high standards for code quality, reliability and maintainability. \nAbility to model complex solutions and explain technical findings clearly. \nPragmatic, structured approach to improving established systems. \nCollaborative communication with internal teams and external partners. \nCuriosity and willingness to expand knowledge of BLE, IoT and embedded technologies. \n We innovate.
