The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, as well as connecting with key business executives and stakeholders in order to sign new clients.\nMain duties:\nAchieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets \nDevelop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships\nArchitecting a comprehensive sales strategy\nNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits \nEnsure the timely and successful delivery of Vusion’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives. \nCommunicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders\nDevelop Vusion’s presence in Turkey by signing new clients contracts\nDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas\nForecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)\nPrepare reports on account status\nAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed\nManager tenders, RFPs, and commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (solution engineering, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.). \n Minimum 5/10 years in a similar role with a proven track record in attaining/ exceeding sales goals\nProven experience selling complex technical hardware and software solutions, preferably to customers in the retail industry\nIn-depth knowledge of the retail industry and its current events is a strong plus\nDemonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. \nStrong negotiation and problem-solving skills\nFluent Turkish and English required\n We innovate.
