We create impact.\nAs part of a fixed-term contract of 1 year, you will join our Sales Back Office team in Italy and be responsible for the following tasks:\nPreparing, processing, and monitoring quotations, orders, and deliveries in compliance with the established Sales Administration procedures.\nPreparing quotations for prospects.\nCollecting the necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests.\nProviding support to customers and distributors.\nAssisting with the follow-up of deliveries for registered orders.\nOpening, monitoring, and filing customer records.\nCollaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of customer account follow-up.\n Qualifications we’re looking for.\nYou have initial significant experience in a similar position.\nYou are autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.\nYou have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork.\nYou have already worked with an ERP and/or CRM system (preferably Salesforce and SAP)\n We feel supported.
