We create impact.\nSales Administration Coordinator\nAs a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service standards, accurate order management, and smooth coordination between Sales, Logistics, and Accounting.\nYou will contribute to building a strong and collaborative Sales Admin function that supports our customers and internal teams with professionalism and reliability.\nMain responsibilities\nReview and process sales orders while ensuring deliveries are compliant with internal processes.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records.\nIssue sales invoices and ensure data accuracy in all transactions.\nMonitor and follow up on customer payments in collaboration with Accounting.\nCollect and consolidate information to respond promptly to customer and distributor inquiries.\nProvide accurate and timely order status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.\nCollaborate effectively with Accounting, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash execution.\nSupport the continuous improvement of the sales administration process and documentation.\nEnsure adherence to company sales policies and commercial terms.\n Qualifications we’re looking for.\nWhat we’re looking for\nExperience\nProven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or Customer Service Coordinator.\nExperience working in a dynamic environment where cross-functional collaboration is key.\nHands-on experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).\nSkills\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to interact with different departments and customers in a clear and professional way.\nCustomer-centric mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities.\nDemonstrated maturity, accountability, and ability to manage priorities under pressure.\nAbilities\nTeam player who contributes to a positive and respectful work environment.\nProactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently when needed.\nUnderstanding of sales performance metrics and order-to-cash process.\nFluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.\nWe innovate.
