You will play a key role in bridging technical expertise and business objectives, managing projects from initial discussions through to successful delivery.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nTo work closely with the Sales teams during pre-sales phase in order to define customer needs and to show our solutions value\nDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility\nRun value driven solution presentations and demonstrations\nProvide pre-sales technical assistance and product education\nLead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of implementation of our innovative technology initiatives\nAnalyse, design, and implement the best solutions for our clients\nArticulate technical challenges and how to solve them\nDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility\nDevelop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members\nEstablish and strengthen relationships with prospects and customers\nCoordinate the different steps of the process and to ensure the timing of the deliveries and their quality\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget\n At least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles in Engineering \nHaving an understanding of complex solutions (specifically SaaS solutions)\nEngineering degree (IT specilialization is a plus)\nGood understanding of coding languages, software development principles and system integrations\nExperience translating technical requirements into practical solutions and collaborating with development teams\nExcellent client-facing communication skills\nProfessional background within the retail industry would be appreciated \n We innovate.
