department and programmes such as ECSA.\n\n Creating and maintaining collaborative relationships with the industry.\n\nAPPLICATION CRITERIA:\n\nQualification (Any of the following):\n\n Master of Engineering Electrical: Electronic Engineering\n\n Master of Engineering Electrical: Mechatronics Engineering\n\n Master of Science (MSc) in Electronics Engineering\n\n Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Systems Engineering\n\n Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Systems Engineering\n\nExperience:\n\n A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience after a Master's level in an institute of higher education, OR five (5) years of professional industrial experience (Lecturer).\n\nSkills & Criteria:\n\n Deep disciplinary expertise in Power Electronics, Digital Communication and Applied Electronics.\n\n Excellent communication (report-writing and verbal) skills.\n\n Expertise in Engineering Software Packages (e.g. MATLAB, Proteus, SiMetrix, KiCad etc).\n\n Competency in Arduino-based project development and prototyping.\n\n A good understanding of coding for embedded systems (C/C++ preferred).\n\n Experience with 3D printing, Laser cutting, and PC boards manufacturing (advantage)\n\n Good interpersonal skills (Collegiality, team player and time management).\n\n Problem-solving and critical thinking Skills.\n\n Understanding of ECSA Accreditation Requirements, Familiarity with Graduate Attributes (GAs), Programme\n\n Outcomes (POs), and the ECSA accreditation process for engineering qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment\n\n Literacy,
