Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking hands-on tech personnel who are masters in both frontend and backend development. You will be an individual contributor driving high-impact projects end-to-end, while laying the groundwork for our future tech team. Experience in fast-paced startup environments will be highly valued. You will be the technical backbone of Vutto's digital infrastructure-building, scaling, and maintaining systems that power our daily operations and customer experience. Your work will have direct visibility and impact from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of complex full-stack features.
• Drive architectural decisions with scalability, performance, and reliability in mind.
• Review designs and code, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a long-term mindset.
• Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and optimise data access patterns.
• Integrate third-party services and internal platforms.
• Mentor SDE 1 engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape requirements.
• Influence technical roadmaps and engineering processes.

The requirements for the role are as follows:

Frontend:

• Strong experience with React / Angular / Vue.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility, and UI architecture.

Backend:

• Strong backend experience in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• API design (REST/GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.

Data and Infrastructure:

• SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc. )
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.
