The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various technical and creative tasks to produce high-quality multimedia content.\nKey Responsibilities:\nVideo Shooting and Production:Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various projects, including promotional videos, documentaries, commercials, and social media content.\nOperate video cameras, drones, and other recording equipment to capture footage.\n\nVideo Editing:Edit raw footage into polished, final videos using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.\nAdd effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance the final product.\n\nPre-Production Planning:Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.\nDevelop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists to guide production.\n\nLighting and Camera Operation:Set up and operate various types of cameras and lighting equipment to ensure optimal visual quality.\nAdjust settings to achieve the desired effects and troubleshoot any technical issues.\n\nAudio Recording and Editing:Record high-quality audio using microphones, boom poles, and other audio equipment.\nEdit audio tracks to ensure clarity, consistency, and synchronization with video.\n\nDrone Operation:Pilot drones to capture aerial footage, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.\nMaintain and manage drone equipment.\n\nDirecting:Direct and guide talent during shoots to ensure the best possible performance.\nMake creative decisions regarding the visual and auditory elements of the production.\n\nPost-Production:Manage the post-production process, including color correction, audio mixing, and final rendering.\nEnsure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.\n\nEquipment Maintenance:Maintain and troubleshoot all video, audio, lighting, and drone equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.\nKeep up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to recommend new equipment or software.\n\nCollaboration and Communication:Work closely with other team members, including graphic designers, marketing professionals, and clients, to ensure cohesive multimedia content.\nProvide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.\nProven experience in video production, editing, and directing.\nProficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).\nExperience operating video cameras, drones, and audio equipment.\nStrong understanding of lighting techniques and camera operation.\nExcellent audio recording and editing skills.\nCreative thinking and strong visual storytelling abilities.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCertification or experience in drone operation is a plus.\n* Candidates must provide a showreel or portfolio of work previously done.
