Daily reconciliation of bank with office accounts. Collecting credit card invoices for creating the monthly Accounts Statements. Preparing GST filling every month. Using Google sheets for Calculating and maintaining the details. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documents. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records. Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Generate financial reports and statements for review by senior management. Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Monitor and maintain accounting records\nRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience Strong knowledge of zoho accounting software. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus. Freshers are welcome to apply.
