The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcomingenvironment.\nResponsibilities:\nGreet and welcome visitors, students, and parents with a warm and professional demeanor.\nAnswer phone calls and emails, providing information about our courses, schedules, and fees.\nManage inquiries and enrollments, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.\nHandle fee collections and maintain accurate records of transactions.\nManage student attendance and maintain related records.\nCoordinate with faculty and staff regarding student matters.\nMaintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.\nHandle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.\nManage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.\nAddress student and parent queries and concerns effectively and professionally.\nAssist in marketing and promotional activities as required.\nMaintain confidentiality of student and center information.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by the management.\nQualifications and Skills:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar customer service role. Experience in an educational institution is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Tamil.
