Helps ensure consistent practices throughout all phases of the project life cycle. Prepares technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses. Executes high quality, integrated cross-functional plans for projects. Applies best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects.
