In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, optimization, and day-to-day support of core SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules on SAP S4 HANA platform and take on related projects aligning with company goals.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nEducation: Highschool Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, etc. preferred.\n\nExperience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Analyst, Consultant, or equivalent functional engineering role\n\nSAP Version Depth: Proven hands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance and Costing.\n\nFinancial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial regulations, general accounting principles (US-GAAP and/or IFRS), and corporate tax procedures. Proven ability to translate financial and management accounting requirements into scalable SAP FICO configurations, while seamlessly converting complex system outputs into clear business-focused insights for stakeholders.\n\nTechnical Familiarity: Comfortable navigating ABAP code to troubleshoot system errors, assess modifications, and leverage standard user exits or substitution rules.\n\nOfficial SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance Certification.\nExperience supporting large-scale ERP migrations, carve-outs, or mergers and acquisitions (M&A).\nPrior exposure to advanced analytics tools, Business Intelligence (BI), or Data Warehousing technologies.\nExperience implementing or managing niche sub-modules such as Material Ledger, Treasury, or Central Finance (CFIN), SAC\nWho you are:\nOutstanding problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.\nConfident verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical leadership\nHow you will thrive and create an impact:\nFinance and Accounting Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of core SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing using actual costing enabled using Material Ledger in S4 HANA application. Lead functional design for FP&A related reporting using SAC and other analytical tools like PowerBI\n\nProduct Costing - Experience and knowledge for subjects like Standard costing, Actual costing and inventory valuation using Material Ledger, Variance analysis , experience in discreet manufacturing, annual planning, settlement, allocation, cost component structure, long term planning(LTP) or integrated business planning (IBP)\n\nSupply Chain Integration: Oversee and optimize critical integration points between FI/CO and operational modules, specifically Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).\n\nBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the Finance team to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
