Reporting to the head of HR, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for our employees.\nWhat you will do:\nProvide HR support to a specific business unit within the company.\nResponsible to foster a healthy culture of continuous improvement by ensuring high retention rates within their BUs.\nWork closely with management and employees on the front line to provide hands-on and strategic expertise, insights, and advice on all HR-related issues.\nEducate, coach, and partner with BU managers on performance management and employee development goals.\nCollaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.\nPartner with key stakeholders on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.\nLead core HR processes across BU for compensation cycle, annual merit increase, promotions, and transitions.\nAnalyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, promotions, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their BU.\nPartner with Learning & Development team to develop value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.\nMust be able to work at all levels of the HR stack - strategic, operational, and tactical, to influence effectively across all levels of the company.\nAbility to navigate through ambiguity, recognize when it is appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing current production.\nWork on aligning the global talent strategy with their BU priorities to drive results and boost productivity across their BU.\nDemonstrate credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.\nAbility to actively listen and understand the needs of the employees empathetically and develop innovative solutions to address them.\nAct as change agent within their BU and advocate for change management when necessary.\nLead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.\nOversee and support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.\nAnalyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain updated knowledge of HR trends and best practices.\nWhat we are looking for;\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus.\nExperience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.\nSkills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
