installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software.\nEnsure network security and data protection policies are adhered to.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.\nManage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.\nLead IT projects including infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation.\nDevelop and implement IT policies and procedures.\nProvide end-user support and training where needed.\nMonitor and evaluate technology trends and innovations.\nCoordinate with telecom vendors, internet service providers, and cloud service providers to ensure reliable connectivity and scalability.\nMaintain data privacy and security in accordance with client-specific requirements\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO, etc.).\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n10+ years of experience in IT operations, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.\nStrong knowledge of IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.\nExperience with [list tools/systems relevant to your company, e.g.,
