and production environments.\nMaintain version control, release management, and deployment documentation.\nTroubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate resolutions.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nCollaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and other development teams to deliver project requirements.\nPerform unit testing, defect fixing, and application maintenance to ensure quality and stability.\nDocument technical solutions, development activities, and implementation procedures.\nMandatory Skills and Qualifications\nStrong expertise in Pega Development and Administration.\nProficiency in Pega PRPC, including rules, flows, case management, and data modeling.\nHands-on experience with Pega deployment processes, release management, and version control.\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPega CSA or CSSA certification.\nExperience with Pega application performance optimization and production support.\nKnowledge of Pega guardrails and development best
